Bush Flip-Flops on Iraq

Foreign Policy's blog, Passport, notes that President Bush's new "bottom-up" strategy closely resembles the strategy proposed by Senator Joe Biden way back in 2006. Naturally, the White House dismissed Biden's plan when he first proposed it. But now, apparently, Joe's plan is golden.
